This privacy policy applies to Navigare-Vela Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the Navigare-Vela website at navigare-vela.com and the Navigare community platform.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number C1996006.

• Health-related information — if you voluntarily complete symptom trackers or share health information inside the community platform. This is special category data under UK GDPR Article 9.

If you use the symptom tracking tools within the Navigare platform, you may share health-related information with us. This is classified as special category data under UK GDPR Article 9 and receives a higher level of protection.

• Never share your health data with other members of the community
• Allow you to delete your health data at any time

Symptom trackers are self-reporting tools for your personal use only. They do not constitute medical assessment and your data will never be used for diagnostic purposes.

Your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use the following third-party platforms to operate our service:

• Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
• Circle — community platform hosting
• Email service provider — for sending programme communications

Each of these providers has their own data processing agreements and privacy policies. We have entered into data processing agreements with these providers where required under UK GDPR.

We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active account with us, or as required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely.
